I am a PreK-12 practitioner turned scholar-activist with expertise in school board leadership, advocacy, and research. My areas of specialization are: developing critical consciousness in educational leaders and utilizing critical race theory to examine existing systems and structures within schools, districts, and within higher education to interrogate racism, hegemony, and white supremacist practices.
